The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling distinct areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
